Providing these details is voluntary, but we can’t call you without them. We do not ask for ID numbers or banking details — please don’t send them.
Why we use them
Only to call you about your vehicle-tracking enquiry, explain a tracking option (including the provider and offer) and keep a record of your request and choices.
Who may receive them
Our authorised staff. If, after the call, you choose to proceed with a provider, the details needed for that are shared only with your agreement. This website is built and hosted on Lovable. Its hosting runs on Cloudflare’s network, and the database, staff sign-in and email notifications run on Lovable Cloud (which uses Supabase infrastructure). These providers process data on our behalf and may store or process it outside South Africa. Staff alert emails contain only a reference code, not your details.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of it. We review stored records and remove ones we no longer need. We have not set a fixed retention period. If you ask us not to contact you, or ask us to erase your details, we keep a do-not-contact marker: a one-way coded form (hash) of your number, so we can recognise it and not contact it again. Because phone numbers are predictable, this marker is not anonymous and we protect it as personal information. We also keep a short record of the request (reference code, what was done, when, and why) and the consent wording you accepted, so we can show how your request was handled.
Your choices
To stop contact quickly, use our contact preferences page. This withdraws any open request and blocks future contact for that number.
To access, correct or delete your details, email ralph.naicker@sa-bpo.co.za or write to the address above. Tell us the mobile number you used. Before sharing or changing anything, we will confirm the request comes from the person who owns that number. If we can’t do what you ask, we’ll tell you why. Corrections and erasures are carried out by an authorised administrator and recorded with the reason.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site. Staff sign-in uses storage needed to keep staff signed in.
